how do i define environmental justice?

Environmental Justice is the actualization of  the goal of a healthy planet to ensure every living being enjoys a true right to life.

fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all living beings people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income

with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies.

EPA has this goal for all communities and persons across this Nation. It will be achieved when everyone every living being enjoys a true right to live  seen as enjoys the  and the habitat in which to do so, with and same degree of  equal protection protection from from measurable, unrecoverable harm, species endangerment,

towards environmental health,

and health hazards and equal access to the decision-making process to have a healthy environment in which to live, learn, and work.
